Esperanza, Valverde, R.D.– En un emotivo acto celebrado en la sede municipal del PRM, el doctor Franklin García Fermín presentó su opúsculo titulado “El camino para profundizar el cambio y mantenernos en el poder”, ante una nutrida concurrencia de militantes y autoridades locales.
El evento contó con la presencia del alcalde Freddy Rodríguez, del diputado José Valenzuela, de la diputada Ángela Rodríguez y de Rubén Peñaló, junto a otros altos dirigentes del Comité Ejecutivo Nacional y miembros de base. Durante su discurso, García Fermín enfatizó la necesidad de fortalecer la unidad interna del partido, subrayando que “la unión hace la fuerza” y advirtiendo contra las divisiones que puedan debilitar la credibilidad del PRM
. Asimismo, expresó su pleno respaldo a las políticas del presidente Luis Abinader, resaltando los avances en salud, educación, infraestructura y tecnificación agrícola. Para finalizar, instó a que Abinader sea el árbitro del proceso de selección del candidato presidencial para 2028, asegurando transparencia y legitimidad.

Esperanza, Valverde, D.R.– In a heartfelt ceremony held at the PRM municipal headquarters, Dr. Franklin García Fermín presented his pamphlet titled “The Path to Deepen Change and Remain in Power” to a large gathering of party members and local officials.
The event was honored by the presence of Mayor Freddy Rodríguez, Deputy José Valenzuela, Deputy Ángela Rodríguez, Rubén Peñaló, and other senior leaders of the National Executive Committee along with grassroots activists.
During his address, García Fermín stressed the imperative of reinforcing party unity, affirming that “unity is strength” and warning against divisions that could undermine the PRM’s credibility. He also voiced his full support for President Luis Abinader’s policies, highlighting progress in health care, education, infrastructure, and agricultural modernization. To conclude, he urged President Abinader to serve as the arbiter of the 2028 presidential candidate selection process, ensuring transparency and legitimacy throughout.
