El Instituto para el Desarrollo del Noroeste (INDENOR) particip\u00f3, representado por su presidente monse\u00f1or Jos\u00e9 Sinencio Peralta Checo, en la conferencia titulada\u00a0Una Mirada Seria al R\u00edo Masacre<\/em>, dictada por el doctor Luis Carvajal , en el Centro Cultural Club Ensue\u00f1o Dajabonero.<\/p>\n

La ponencia abord\u00f3 los desaf\u00edos ecol\u00f3gicos, sociales y pol\u00edticos que enfrenta el emblem\u00e1tico r\u00edo fronterizo, haciendo un llamado a la conciencia nacional sobre su protecci\u00f3n y uso sostenible, en un contexto de creciente presi\u00f3n ambiental y geopol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n

El evento fue organizado por el Colegio Dominicano de Ingenieros, Arquitectos y Agrimensores (CODIA), Delegaci\u00f3n Dajab\u00f3n; la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Santiago (UTESA), recinto Dajab\u00f3n; y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Profesionales Egresados de Rusia, Europa del Este, Asia Central y Cuba (ADOPEREACU).<\/p>\n

La participaci\u00f3n de INDENOR subraya su compromiso con el desarrollo sostenible y la defensa de los recursos naturales del Noroeste dominicano.<\/p>\n

The Northwest Development Institute (INDENOR) participated, represented by its president Monsignor Jos\u00e9 Sinencio Peralta Checo, in the conference titled\u00a0A Serious Look at the Masacre River<\/em>, delivered by Dr. Luis Carvajal on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Ensue\u00f1o Dajabonero Cultural Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

The lecture addressed the ecological, social, and political challenges surrounding the emblematic border river, calling for national awareness and sustainable management amid rising environmental and geopolitical pressure.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was organized by the Dominican College of Engineers, Architects and Surveyors (CODIA), Dajab\u00f3n Delegation; the Technological University of Santiago (UTESA), Dajab\u00f3n campus; and the Association of Professionals Graduated in Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Cuba (ADOPEREACU).<\/span><\/p>\n

INDENOR\u2019s participation reaffirms its commitment to sustainable development and the protection of natural resources in the Dominican Northwest.<\/span><\/p>\n
