Esperanza, Valverde \u2013 El regidor por el Partido de la Liberaci\u00f3n Dominicana (PLD), Alejandro Valdez, solicit\u00f3 explicaciones p\u00fablicas sobre la compra de una retroexcavadora financiada con fondos aprobados por el Concejo Municipal de Esperanza.<\/p>\n
Valdez denunci\u00f3 que, aunque el pr\u00e9stamo fue aprobado por el Concejo para suplir una necesidad urgente del municipio, hasta el momento no se ha informado oficialmente cu\u00e1nto cost\u00f3 la maquinaria, ni a qui\u00e9n se le compr\u00f3, ni bajo qu\u00e9 proceso fue adquirida.<\/p>\n
\u201cNosotros como concejo aprobamos un pr\u00e9stamo para una necesidad real del municipio, pero no sabemos cu\u00e1nto cost\u00f3, ni a qui\u00e9n se le compr\u00f3, ni bajo qu\u00e9 procedimiento se hizo la adquisici\u00f3n. Esta situaci\u00f3n es preocupante y no podemos quedarnos de brazos cruzados\u201d, expres\u00f3 Valdez.<\/p>\n
El edil exigi\u00f3 al alcalde y a la administraci\u00f3n municipal presentar los documentos y detalles del proceso de compra, para garantizar la transparencia que la ciudadan\u00eda merece.<\/p>\n

Esperanza, Valverde \u2013 Alejandro Valdez, councilman for the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), has publicly demanded transparency regarding the purchase of a backhoe funded through a loan approved by the Municipal Council of Esperanza.<\/p>\n
Valdez stated that although the loan was granted to address a real need in the community, councilmembers have received no details about the cost, the supplier, or the procurement process.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe as a council approved a loan for a legitimate need in our town, but we don\u2019t know how much it cost, who sold it, or what process was followed to acquire it. This is concerning, and we can\u2019t just stand by,\u201d said Valdez.<\/p>\n
He called on the mayor and the municipal administration to provide full documentation and disclose all details to ensure transparency and public accountability.<\/p>\n
