\"\"En Santo Domingo, el Instituto Dominicano de Meteorolog\u00eda (INDOMET<\/strong>) inform\u00f3 que para este lunes se esperan condiciones atmosf\u00e9ricas relativamente estables, con una actividad de lluvias limitada en gran parte del pa\u00eds. Sin embargo, durante la tarde y primeras horas de la noche podr\u00edan generarse aguaceros moderados a fuertes de forma local, acompa\u00f1ados de tormentas el\u00e9ctricas y r\u00e1fagas de viento.<\/p>\n

Estas condiciones estar\u00e1n influenciadas por la humedad remanente de la onda tropical n\u00famero 8<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los efectos indirectos de una d\u00e9bil vaguada<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, las temperaturas seguir\u00e1n calurosas debido a la \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o, el viento c\u00e1lido del este\/sureste y una ligera concentraci\u00f3n de polvo sahariano<\/strong> en la atm\u00f3sfera. Se recomienda a la poblaci\u00f3n hidratarse constantemente, usar ropa ligera y evitar la exposici\u00f3n solar entre las 11:00 a.m. y 5:00 p.m.<\/strong>, especialmente en el caso de ni\u00f1os y adultos mayores.<\/p>\n

En el Distrito Nacional y la provincia Santo Domingo<\/strong>, se prev\u00e9n incrementos nubosos y aguaceros dispersos con tormentas el\u00e9ctricas y r\u00e1fagas de viento, particularmente en horas de la tarde. Las temperaturas oscilar\u00e1n entre 21 \u00b0C y 23 \u00b0C la m\u00ednima<\/strong>, y 32 \u00b0C a 34 \u00b0C la m\u00e1xima<\/strong>, seg\u00fan el pron\u00f3stico emitido por INDOMET.<\/p>\n

In Santo Domingo, the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET)<\/strong> reported relatively stable weather conditions for this Monday, with limited rainfall expected across much of the country. However, during the afternoon and early evening hours, localized moderate to heavy showers<\/strong> could occur, accompanied by thunderstorms and wind gusts.<\/p>\n

These conditions are influenced by residual moisture from Tropical Wave No. 8<\/strong> and the indirect effects of a weak trough<\/strong>. The provinces most likely to experience rainfall include La Altagracia, La Romana, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, Monse\u00f1or Nouel, La Vega, Santiago, Santiago Rodr\u00edguez, Dajab\u00f3n, Azua, San Juan, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, Barahona, San Crist\u00f3bal, and Santo Domingo, among others.<\/p>\n

Temperatures will remain high due to the season, warm winds from the east\/southeast, and the presence of Saharan dust<\/strong> in the atmosphere. Citizens are advised to stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and avoid sun exposure between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.<\/strong>, especially vulnerable groups like children and the elderly.<\/p>\n

In the National District and Santo Domingo province<\/strong>, cloudy conditions with scattered showers, thunderstorms, and wind gusts are expected, mainly during the afternoon. Temperatures are forecasted to range from 21 \u00b0C to 23 \u00b0C (low)<\/strong> and 32 \u00b0C to 34 \u00b0C (high)<\/strong>, according to INDOMET.<\/p>\n
