\"\"Mao, Valverde, R.D. \u2013 El joven Deivis Omar Rodr\u00edguez fue presentado voluntariamente ante la Unidad de Violencia de G\u00e9nero de Mao por su representante legal, el abogado Henry Mart\u00ednez, luego de que las autoridades emitieran una orden de arresto por presuntas denuncias hechas por una mujer del municipio de Esperanza, en la provincia Valverde.<\/p>\n

El letrado, ampliamente conocido en la regi\u00f3n, afirm\u00f3 que su cliente est\u00e1 comprometido con colaborar en todo momento con las investigaciones, confiado en que el proceso legal permitir\u00e1 aclarar la situaci\u00f3n y desmontar lo que calific\u00f3 como una acusaci\u00f3n carente de fundamento.<\/p>\n

\u201cNos presentamos ante la justicia cumpliendo con lo que establece el debido proceso, pero dejamos claro que esta denuncia es falsa y fabricada\u201d, expres\u00f3 Mart\u00ednez durante su intervenci\u00f3n ante medios locales, reafirmando la inocencia del joven.<\/p>\n

A partir de ahora, la Unidad de Violencia de G\u00e9nero proceder\u00e1 con las averiguaciones pertinentes, conforme a los protocolos legales establecidos, para determinar la veracidad de los se\u00f1alamientos y garantizar un proceso justo y transparente.<\/p>\n

Mao, Valverde, D.R. \u2013 Deivis Omar Rodr\u00edguez was voluntarily brought before the Gender Violence Unit in Mao by his attorney, Henry Mart\u00ednez, after an arrest warrant was issued based on allegations filed by a woman from the municipality of Esperanza, Valverde province.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mart\u00ednez, a well-known legal representative in the area, stated that his client is fully committed to cooperating with the investigation and is confident that the legal process will expose the truth and disprove what he called a baseless accusation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re here fulfilling the legal process, but we emphasize that this accusation is fabricated and unfounded,\u201d said Mart\u00ednez in statements to the press, asserting the innocence of the young man.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Gender Violence Unit will now carry out the appropriate investigations in accordance with established legal procedures, ensuring a thorough and impartial handling of the case.<\/span><\/p>\n
