\"\"Rep\u00fablica Dominicana \u2013 Desde la madrugada de hoy, se han estado registrando lluvias entre d\u00e9biles y moderadas, acompa\u00f1adas de tronadas aisladas, en provincias como Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, Saman\u00e1, Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez, Duarte, S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez, Espaillat y Puerto Plata, a causa del acercamiento de una nueva onda tropical.<\/p>\n

Durante la ma\u00f1ana, las precipitaciones se estar\u00e1n extendiendo hacia zonas del sureste y suroeste del pa\u00eds, como San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, Santo Domingo, San Crist\u00f3bal, Peravia, Barahona y Pedernales. Se espera que en la medida que la onda tropical se aleje, las lluvias comiencen a disminuir de manera gradual.<\/p>\n

Para la tarde, predominar\u00e1 un cielo mayormente soleado con tonalidades gris\u00e1ceas, debido a la presencia de una ligera capa de polvo del Sahara que cubre parte del territorio nacional.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, se monitorea una amplia zona de aguaceros con tormentas el\u00e9ctricas asociada a un \u00e1rea de baja presi\u00f3n localizada al norte del Golfo de M\u00e9xico. Este sistema presenta un 40 % de probabilidad de convertirse en cicl\u00f3n tropical en los pr\u00f3ximos dos a siete d\u00edas. No obstante, por su ubicaci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n, no representa peligro alguno para la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana.<\/p>\n

Dominican Republic \u2013 Since the early hours of today, light to moderate showers with isolated thunderstorms have been occurring in provinces such as Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, Saman\u00e1, Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez, Duarte, S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez, Espaillat, and Puerto Plata, due to the approach of a new tropical wave.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the morning, rainfall activity is expected to extend into southeastern and southwestern areas of the country, including San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, Santo Domingo, San Crist\u00f3bal, Peravia, Barahona, and Pedernales. As the tropical wave moves away, rainfall will gradually diminish.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the afternoon, mostly sunny skies with a grayish tone will dominate, caused by a thin layer of Saharan dust currently affecting the national territory.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, a broad area of showers and thunderstorms associated with a low-pressure system located north of the Gulf of Mexico is being monitored. This system has a medium probability (40%) of developing into a tropical cyclone within the next two to seven days. However, due to its location, distance, and movement, it poses no threat to the Dominican Republi<\/span>c.<\/p>\n
