El documento fue depositado por sus abogados, Henry Manuel Guzm\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez y Antonio Lantigua Reyes, sustentado en el art\u00edculo 44 de la Constituci\u00f3n Dominicana y los art\u00edculos 59, 60, 265, 266, 367, 371 y 373 del C\u00f3digo Penal, los cuales abordan delitos contra el honor y la dignidad.<\/p>\n

La querella fue recibida oficialmente en el Casillero \u00danico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Valverde el lunes 22 de julio de 2025, como consta en el expediente elaborado por el bufete Guzm\u00e1n Ventura Abogados y Notarios, con sede en Laguna Salada.<\/p>\n

La funcionaria busca que se apliquen las sanciones correspondientes a quienes, seg\u00fan alega, han afectado su integridad moral mediante expresiones que podr\u00edan constituir difamaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n

In Mao, Valverde \u2013 The former Provincial Governor of Valverde and current Northwest Regional Director of the Ministry of Environment, Deisy Yanelis Aquino Mesa, has filed a criminal defamation complaint before the Prosecutor’s Office of the Judicial District of Valverde. The legal action, with civil party constitution, is directed against \u00c1ngel Ram\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas Mart\u00ednez Jim\u00e9nez and Guarionex Rafael Reyes Ortega.<\/span><\/p>\n

The complaint was filed by her attorneys, Henry Manuel Guzm\u00e1n \u00c1lvarez and Antonio Lantigua Reyes, citing Article 44 of the Dominican Constitution and Articles 59, 60, 265, 266, 367, 371, and 373 of the Penal Code, which address crimes against honor and dignity.<\/span><\/p>\n
