Pe\u00f1a steps down after a term marked by significant achievements and a strong institutional legacy.<\/span><\/p>\n

During his leadership, Pe\u00f1a modernized the SNTP\u2019s Mao headquarters with digital equipment, promoted professional training, organized sporting events, integration trips, and elevated the role of the press in the province.
