Santo Domingo, R.D.- Aunque el hurac\u00e1n Er\u00edn<\/strong> se mantiene bien distante de nuestra \u00e1rea de pron\u00f3stico, sus remanentes nubosos continuar\u00e1n incidiendo en las condiciones del tiempo. Se espera que, principalmente en horas de la tarde y primeras de la noche, se produzcan incrementos nubosos que dar\u00e1n lugar a aguaceros moderados a fuertes en distintas zonas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con los reportes meteorol\u00f3gicos, estos efectos estar\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ados de tormentas el\u00e9ctricas y r\u00e1fagas de viento, impactando en mayor medida las regiones noreste, sureste, suroeste, as\u00ed como la Cordillera Central y la zona fronteriza. La inestabilidad atmosf\u00e9rica podr\u00eda extenderse hasta entrada la noche, por lo que se recomienda a la poblaci\u00f3n mantenerse atenta a los avisos oficiales.<\/p>\n

Santo Domingo, D.R.- Although Hurricane Erin<\/strong> remains well away from our forecast area, its cloud remnants will continue to influence local weather conditions. During the afternoon and early evening, cloudy increases are expected to bring moderate to heavy showers across various parts of the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to meteorological reports, these effects will be accompanied by thunderstorms and wind gusts, mainly affecting the northeast, southeast, southwest, the Central Mountain Range, and the border region. Atmospheric instability could extend into the night, so authorities urge the population to remain alert to official advisories.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite the distance of the tropical system, the humidity carried by its remnants creates favorable conditions for significant rainfall. This scenario highlights the need for communities in vulnerable areas to take precautions against possible urban flooding and landslides.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regarding maritime conditions, wave activity along the Atlantic coast will gradually return to normal during the evening, allowing navigation to progressively resume.
