La Casa de Cultura de Navarrete, Inc. anunció el inicio de un programa totalmente gratuito de formación artística en música y pintura, dirigido a niños, niñas y adolescentes del municipio, con el objetivo de impulsar el desarrollo cultural y brindar espacios de crecimiento a la juventud.
El proyecto será impartido por los profesores Rosmeri Altagracia González y Juan de Dios Rodríguez, quienes estarán a cargo de guiar el aprendizaje artístico de los participantes. La iniciativa busca promover la disciplina, la creatividad y la expresión cultural en la comunidad.
Para garantizar su sostenibilidad, la institución lanzó una convocatoria de apoyo comunitario en la que se necesitan 15 padrinos culturales que aporten RD$1,000.00 mensuales durante cuatro meses (septiembre – diciembre 2025), mediante depósitos en la cuenta institucional del Banreservas.
Con este respaldo se pretende ofrecer oportunidades a la niñez y juventud, fomentar el talento artístico, prevenir riesgos sociales y reconocer a los colaboradores como aliados de la cultura, fortaleciendo así el compromiso de Navarrete con el arte y la educación.

Navarrete Cultural Center launches free art program for children and teenagers

The Cultural Center of Navarrete, Inc. has announced the launch of a completely free artistic training program in music and painting, aimed at children and teenagers in the municipality, with the purpose of fostering cultural development and providing growth opportunities for the youth.
The project will be led by professors Rosmeri Altagracia González and Juan de Dios Rodríguez, who will guide participants in their artistic learning. This initiative seeks to encourage discipline, creativity, and cultural expression within the community.
To ensure its sustainability, the institution has called for community support, requiring 15 cultural sponsors who will contribute RD$1,000.00 per month for four months (September – December 2025), through deposits in the institutional account of Banreservas.
This support aims to create opportunities for children and young people, promote artistic talent, prevent social risks, and recognize sponsors as cultural allies, reinforcing Navarrete’s commitment to art and education.
