En Mao, Valverde, R.D.- La directora regional 09 del Ministerio de Educación, maestra Raquel Bautista Báez, exhortó a la comunidad educativa a detenerse un momento durante la Semana Santa para reflexionar sobre el valor de la familia, la responsabilidad y la transmisión de valores.
Báez destacó la necesidad de fomentar el respeto, la solidaridad y la prudencia tanto en el hogar como en la comunidad, haciendo un llamado a los padres y madres a compartir tiempo de calidad con sus hijos en un entorno seguro y enriquecedor.
Además, instó a mantener la vigilancia y protección hacia los niños, niñas y adolescentes, para que este tiempo sea de bienestar y convivencia positiva. Reiteró su esperanza de reencontrarse con cada estudiante con energías renovadas tras el asueto.

In Mao, Valverde, Dominican Republic – The Regional Director 09 of the Ministry of Education, teacher Raquel Bautista Báez, encouraged the educational community to take a pause during Holy Week to reflect on the value of family time, responsibility, and the importance of passing on values.
Báez emphasized the need to foster respect, solidarity, and prudence both at home and in the community, urging parents to spend quality time with their children in safe and enriching spaces.
She also called for constant vigilance and protection for children and adolescents so that this time may bring wellbeing and positive coexistence. She expressed her hope to reunite with each student with renewed energy after the break.
